On 28 March, 2017 at the People's Committee of Thong Nhat district, there took place a conference on linking clean agricultural products to Dau Giay wholesale market of agricultural products. The conference was held between Thong Nhat Real Estate Joint Stock Company (investor), the Department of Industry & Trade and Thong Nhat district People's Committee in order to promote and seek stable source of supply upon the wholesale market‘s coming into operation by June 2017. The conference attracted the attention of more than 300 enterprises, traders and representatives of cooperatives and farms of Dong Nai province to understand and connect the supply and demand of safe fruits & vegetables into the Dau Giay Agro-products Wholesale Market.

Dau Giay wholesale market was built to becoming a place to buy and sell agricultural and food products of the province and the region in order to meet the needs of the domestic market and exports. Therefore, to be secured to the wholesale market, those agricultural products must be produced in accordance with safety procedures and traceability.

At the conference, trading companies and cooperatives in the province introduced their products to inform traders of contacts for later liason.
